In this episode I give a general overview of protein – what it is, some of the important roles it has in our bodies, how much we need and which foods contain protein. Did you know that protein forms the building blocks of our immune system and that most enzymes, that aid in the thousands of biochemical reactions in our bodies, are proteins?
