The pelvic floor muscles are a group of muscles that span the space between the pubic bone and the coccyx. They are responsible for supporting all the pelvic organs, they’re important for going to the toilet and for healthy sexual function.

Beck is a very keen runner so one of her passions is helping people with pelvic floor issues get back to exercise. The good news is that with the right diagnosis, most pelvic floor problems can be rectified. Beck explains this with her trademark optimism and problem solving mindset.
